Current Updates
As heavily discussed in the media, all postal services worldwide are currently experiencing extended delivery times due to shipping volumes, limited staffing due to COVID-19 impacts, and limited air capacity internationally. We continue to operate as normal, however you should expect delays in transit due to these impacts.
For shipments within the U.S., the U.S. Postal Service has announced extended delivery times for all packages. There is no consistency to these delays, with some economy packages being delivered in normal time periods, while some express packages sit for more than a week without being scanned. UPS is experiencing fewer delays - we've seen a few UPS Ground packages delayed by a day, but most packages are being delivered on time. Due to supply chain issues, all orders are being shipped in padded packaging, restricting our options for USPS shipping types temporarily.
For shipments outside the U.S., we are seeing delays begin to subside to most locations, however delays are still common in Economy shipping. We have not seen any delays with DHL shipments (in fact, most are being delivered faster than predicted). We are seeing specific delays currently to Australia & New Zealand (due to limited airline capacity) and to Italy (due to customs backlogs). In addition, packages to Ireland are seeing random rejections due to customs clearance issues that are being rejected in error.
General Information
A variety of shipping options are available, depending on your needs. As all orders are printed on demand, there is a processing time before your package leaves our office to allow for the preparation and printing of your order. Upon prepation of your order, you'll receive a second e-mail notification that includes a link to any tracking information that is available.
For our international customers, our Preferred shipping options use a consolidated shipping approach to allow for affordable rates. From notification of shipment, your order will be placed into a consolidation container that leaves our office for an international gateway twice a week.
Times listed below are our average processing times. During high demand periods (typically August-September and January-February), processing times may extend slightly further. Note that all estimates are quoted using normal business days, not calendar days.
