General Information
A variety of shipping options are available, depending on your needs. As all orders are printed on demand, there is a processing time before your package leaves our office to allow for the preparation and printing of your order. Upon prepation of your order, you'll receive a second e-mail notification that includes a link to any tracking information that is available.
For our international customers, our Worldwide Economy shipping uses a consolidated shipping vendor to allow for affordable rates. From notification of shipment, your order will be placed into a consolidation container that leaves our office for an international gateway weekly.
Processing Times
All orders are printed on demand, not held in storage. As not all documents are prepared for immediate print, some products may have extended handling times. During the months of January, February, August, and September, we experience a large surge of orders and processing times may extend further during these months.
