Printed Materials:

An order may be canceled at any point until the order has been printed, shown in your account by an order status of "Printed".

Once an order has been printed and shipped, you may return an item within 30 days, subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping fees are not refundable.

To complete a return, please contact us within 30 days of shipment to receive a return authorization number.

Digital Downloads:

You may cancel your order within thirty days of the order or until the first download of the item occurs. Once an item has been downloaded, you may not cancel or return the order.
